Why does changing the mayonnaise you use even matter? As my husband and I have walked through our own health journey, we’ve discovered how small changes can make a huge difference in the long run. Cutting all processed foods and refined sugars can help you feel better. Sugar is found in so many products, even in things that you wouldn’t expect to have sugar in them. By making your own sauces and sticking to whole foods, you can avoid the negative health effects of processed foods and too much sugar in your diet.

Just going for a walk once a day can result in dramatic changes in your energy level and in how you feel. Drinking more water and cutting out processed drinks can help you completely avoid the draining feeling of dehydration. Taking a few minutes to pray and rest your mind can help you regroup before a busy afternoon.

In the same way, small tweaks in your nutrition can make a huge difference in how your mind and body feel. Each step towards a more carefully balanced, whole foods meal plan can help you feel better and be your best. It may feel like a small step, but over time, steps turn into miles which turn into lifetimes of better decisions with better results!
